We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you can request a return or refund under the following terms.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging intact. Some items (such as intimate apparel, customized products) may be non-returnable. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges for size or style are available subject to product availability. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
